The scope of works related to the implementation of the investment consisted in the preparation of conceptual documentation, construction and executive design, as well as author's supervision. The building is a two-story building. The house was divided into two parts by the main compositional axis. On the axis there is a winter garden and an outdoor swimming pool. In the western part, there is a two-story living room, dining room and kitchen. In the eastern part there is a study, bathrooms and a technical part with a laundry room, a boiler room and a garage. On the first floor there are master bedrooms, wardrobes, bathrooms and other bedrooms.
