The scope of works related to the implementation of the investment consisted in the preparation of conceptual documentation, construction and executive design as well as interior design. Obtaining all necessary permits necessary to implement the investment. Construction of the facility, including the performance of the site manager and carrying out all formalities related to putting the building into use.
The body of the building is a simple form that fits into the surroundings. The entrance is from the entrance to the plot. The building has a gable roof with a slope of 30 degrees. The colors of the building have been adapted to the surroundings through the use of wooden cladding combined with acrylic plaster.
The house has two floors. The facility is divided into three zones:
- working part (laundry, wardrobe)
- living room (living room, kitchen, dining room, office)
- night (five bedrooms)
Auxiliary functions are performed by two bathrooms.
