The scope of works related to the implementation of the investment consisted in the preparation of conceptual documentation, construction and executive design, as well as author's supervision.
The building is a one-story building with a roof designed as a garden accessible from inside the building. The house has a double garage. The building has been divided into three zones:
- Living room with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen
- A night room with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room.
- Working part with a double garage, boiler room, laundry, pantry, storage for tools accessible from the outside, toilet and a separate utility room.
All these zones are connected by a large corridor.
